That morning’s theme was definitely odor. The whole crew was in a village by Santiago get cow manure and the residue of coffee compost. It was full of intense smells to say the least. However, we managed to get 17 big bags of cow manure and 7 of the coffee compost residue. Aura was the lady who sold us the cow manure.  So now we are ready to make some good dirt, for many gardens!

After that the crew split Pedro, Shirley, Audrey and I went to get plants from the Bambu to add to our school gardens. They were generous enough to give us all kinds such as two different palms, bougainvillea, aloe vera, and more. Bambu was very helpful and is a beautiful resort, highly recommended!

At this time, Antonio, Jaime, and Louise were dropping off the bags of goodies at the school. They then got many cement blocks to build composts. They picked us up and we went back to school to drop off the cement blocks and plants!
