Today is my first full day in Panajachel. My first stop in the morning was the Mayan Families office. It was great to see my old friends.
My computer has picked up a major virus when I used it at the hotel in Guatemala City…even with virus protection!!!. Therefore I left it with the MF tec guys to fix. At the end of the day it was still not working. Presently I am using the computer I brought down to give our new employee Sam.
At the office we organized for a truck and new tables to go to Chukumuk tomorrow. I just found out there is no elementary school tomorrow in Chukumuk. They have so many days off!!!! It is almost impossible to coordinate programs there. However Basico is on in the afternoon.
Next I met up with Sam and we went over how our garden program is going. Needs some work but Sam is up for the challenge.
