Over the years Shad has developed the most amazing chicken coop. It had close to 100 chickens in it and several goats.

This structure did not smell at all and you could not find one chicken or goat poop. The animals were very healthy and happy. The structure had 3 feet of organic compost which the animalsĀ  ( and us ) were walking on. This structure doubles as their compost pile.

It was totally ingenious.
