We were back at Consorcio today teaching the CHAYA class for a second time. Maria Tacaxoy Cali helped to teach the class. She converted all the Spanish into Tz’utujil. The nutrition class went very well. All the ladies in the Aldea Maya Cooperative attended the course for a second time so that they will really know the information. We also had a nurse that runs a mid wife program taking the course. She found all the information fascinating and want us to teach the course to the pregnant women and new moms.
