Today we worked with 2 of the grade 3 classes. These students learn about Vitamin A and C. We had the classes about Vitamin A back in early February. We were very happy to find out that the students remembered which colour foods contain Vitamin A.

We had visited the market and purchased all the Vitamin C containing foods we could find.

We then showed the students which were excellent sources of the vitamin, which were very good sources and which were good sources, We then went over which were great sources of both Vitamin A and C.
